Pro Dive Magnetic Island’s is a small locally owned and operated dive operation on beautiful tropical Magnetic Island.
Nick returned to Magnetic Island in early 2016 ready to take on their next big adventure and bring something to the island that they felt had been missing; a dive operation with a boat, offering the full dive experience.
Having spent many years working as dive instructors around the world, Nick took his varying experiences and knowledge to create a dive operation that would offer a professional service with the kind of personalised delivery that you can only get from a small owner-operated facility.
We specialise in teaching Learn to Dive programs and leading dive and snorkel trips to World-class dive sites; the Great Barrier Reef, Museum of Underwater Art (MOUA) and the SS Yongala Shipwreck.
We have a small team of qualified and experienced staff, a fully equiped classroom, use of a 25m training pool, high quality rental equipment, Air and Nitrox filling station and a retail shop.
In 2021, we launched our newly refurbished and re-powered vessel ‘Nautiful’, a 15m Randell48. She is able to take up to 18 passengers plus crew and is the perfect combination of comfort and functionality.
We have SSI instructors available and are an Official SSI Instructor Training Centre! Magnetic Island is the perfect place to learn to dive, continue your education or go pro!
